Welcome!

Hey - Thank you so much for being here!

Thought I would begin a blog to provide valuable info about the real estate market in and around Philadelphia.

I began selling homes in 2001 and appraising them in 2004..

I stopped selling homes in 2008 because appraising became my full time career.

I have seen the roller coaster, worked through it and I am still here, loving it most days.

Appraising for me is like beginning a jigsaw puzzle with at least 1000 pieces.

I get to sort them out and when I am finished I always jump up from my desk announcing something like "YESSSSSSSS!!!!  - I did it!"

And then I force whoever is in the room (my family) to witness my excitement of solving the puzzle and celebrate with me.

Yes, I am a total nerd.

I also love to share what I am working on if it will in some way help someone somewhere.

And so, here we are...... beginning a blog that is not real fancy, because I just started today.... So buckle up...

I promise to snaz it up as I go.

In the meantime, hope you enjoy what I am learning and sharing.  Hope it helps you in some way.

Have a beautiful day. You deserve it.

Here are the family members that I torture the most:

Greg - my partner in crime - we have lived in sin together since 2015 & I wouldn't change a thing

Tinkerbelle - she's my spunky assistant who disturbs the peacefulness of our neighborhood

Jared - Greg's son - he is our quiet, curious one who lights up a room with a smile

Mark - if I could hand pick a partner for my daughter he would be the guy so I am grateful he is the guy

Rachel - my daughter - our sensitive, driven, goofy child who suffers from shoe hoarding

Steven - my son - our insanely funny, compassionate child who always speaks up. Always.

This is us Thanksgiving 2020.

Yes, I am barefoot.  That's me.
